How long does shipping take?

USA: 3–5 business days  |  UK: 2–4 business days  |  Canada & Australia: 5–8 business days. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Is shipping free?

Yes! We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $150 to USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. Orders below $150 are subject to a flat shipping fee at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I find my size?

Visit our Size Guide for detailed measurements in both cm and inches across all categories. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email within 24 hours. You can also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number and email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. We are working on expanding to more regions. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we launch in your country.

How do I care for my garments?

Each garment includes a care label with specific instructions. As a general rule, we recommend cold machine wash or hand wash for most items, and laying flat to dry to preserve shape and fabric quality.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at support@wearvantura.shop. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
