Shipping policy

At Vantura, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and with full transparency. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are carefully reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the United States of America. We are working on expanding to additional countries in the near future.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Standard Shipping: 7–15 Business Days Express Shipping: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24–48 hours. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time through our carrier's tracking portal.

If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us immediately.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Vantura ships from our fulfillment partners and all applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your tracking number for updates
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier

We will do everything in our power to locate your package and resolve the issue promptly.

Please note: Vantura is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
