Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at vantura.media2@gmail.com with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns: If you simply changed your mind, you may return the item within 30 days. The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How to Start a Return: Email us at vantura.media2@gmail.com. Do NOT send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

European Union Customers: EU customers have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason.
