We want you to love every Vantura piece. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
How to Return

Contact Us
Email support@wearvantura.shop with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Pack Your Item
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include your order number inside the parcel.

Ship It Back
Send your return to the address provided in our email. We recommend using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
